Book early!!  We do get booked up during Spring Break, especially for stretch limousines!  Although we never want to, when we get booked, we have to turn away reservations.  If you don't know any other services, we can give you some phone numbers of other services to call.  During these times of heavy travel, it is especially important to keep us informed of your flight delays/cancellations or if you get on a different flight.  We will try as hard as we can to accomodate you, however, we cannot guarantee it.  When you arrive at O'hare airport, it will MOST LIKELY take longer to get your car to you because there is only one lane from the Limo parking area going to the terminals and they do get BACKED UP!  This is out of our control.  If you have children and it is unpleasant to stand outside, please ask the dispatcher to call you on your cell phone when the car has arrived at your door destination.  Thank you for you patience during this busy time!!
